Harvard's first SAAS learning application.
I wrote an RFP to engage a UX agency to audit the current HMM experience and to facilitate stakeholder alignment. As we worked through the research and alignment phase, I managed the vendor relationship— working directly with the agency’s team—and ensured quality work was delivered on time.
In the design phase, I worked closely with Learning Designers and Developers to tackle the complex navigation requirements. I developed a scalable image strategy to accommodate 200+ lessons focused on business soft skills, and provided creative direction to our infographics vendor,.
Since its launch, Harvard ManageMentor has created $89.6M in revenue, and continues to be the gold standard in the market for business soft skills learning and development.
